Repairs
Please accept our deepest apologies if any of our products need repair. Please contact the repairs department at repairs@dorianwebb.com or call 510-399-3272 to arrange any repairs. All repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis. Charges are assessed once a photo of the item for repair has been received and evaluated by the Dorian Webb Repair Representative.
If your order arrives broken or in an unacceptable condition, please inform the repairs department immediately. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience if this occurs and there will be no charge for this type of repair. Please email the repair department at repairs@dorianwebb.com or call 510-399-3272 to arrange any repairs. Please ship the order back within 7 days to avoid any delays or penalties.
Resizing
Many, but not all, of our rings can be resized. Requested ring resizing and shipping will be at the expense of the customer. To request a resize, write us at sales@dorianwebb.com or call 510-399-3272.
