Shipping Information
Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. Orders ship from Oakland, CA within 3 business days of receipt of order. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is out of stock or a custom order, please allow up to four (4) weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments.
All domestic US orders are shipped FedEx priority shipping for free. All orders require signature upon delivery. If you waive the need for a signature, the recipient will be responsible for any lost or damaged goods.
Expedited Shipping
If you need your purchase expedited, please contact us at customercare@dorianwebb.com. Expedited domestic orders will be shipped UPS and respective shipping rates will apply.
International Shipping
Orders shipped via International Shipping will be charged a flat rate of $65. All orders billed and/or shipped outside of the continental United States, Hawaii or Alaska must have the same billing and shipping address. Product and shipping prices displayed do not include any applicable duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for all import duties and taxes that may be levied by local governments; these fees must be paid to release your order from customs upon arrival. We are unable to advise the amount of these charges; please contact your local postal service for further information. Orders shipped to any destination other than the US are final sale and exempt from returns.
Packaging Details
We individually wrap each item in your order with our signature Dorian Webb packaging. Whether it's for you or for someone you love, each item will be nestled in a chocolate brown gift box, topped with an ivory bow, and accompanied by an embossed, tarnish resistant jewelry pouch for safe keeping.
Order Delivery
All packages require a signature upon delivery. Additional charges may accrue if more than one attempt is made for delivery. Dorian Webb does not ship to Post Office Boxes (PO BOXES). Deliveries will only occur Monday - Friday. Orders will not be shipped or delivered on National Holidays.
Made-to-Order And Custom Pieces
Items that are currently out of stock and custom pieces can take up to 4 weeks to ship. A customer service representative will contact you with the expected arrival date within two business days of ordering this item. You will have the option of canceling this order at this time.
